The right to leave to child care
The right to leave for child care or the right to work half-time can be achieved by a parent of a child with severe disabilities who are employed full-time, provided that the other parent is unemployed, according to the regulations on employment, or a parent who is employed full-time, and I live with the child. 

One of the parents may exercise one of these rights if the other parent who is unemployed is not able to because of his psychological and physical condition to provide the necessary care for a child with severe disabilities, if the military service, or is in custody or serving a prison sentence longer than 30 days. 

If the parent of a child with severe disabilities who uses one of these rights dies, leaving the child is not able to provide the necessary care for their physical and mental condition if the military service, or is in custody or serving a prison sentence longer than 30 days , the other parent can use: 

• the right to leave for child care, if required by special regulations provided for pension insurance 

• the right to work half-time, if under special regulations compulsory insured by pension insurance for full-time. 

Inability of parents that because of his psychological and physical condition provides the necessary care for a child with severe disabilities to determine the specific expertise. 

One of these rights a parent can not be achieved while exercising the right to work half-time on some other grounds. 

Also, while the child permanently or weekly reside in social care, health or education, or if the child resides in an institution for social welfare, health or education on a daily basis for more than eight hours, the parent may not exercise these rights, or the rights previously recognized him stop. 

Except for the above, the parent who lives with the child, and who is required to work second shift, has the right to work half-time, that does not stop him doing it right, even if the child resides in an institution for social welfare, health or education on a daily basis for more than eight hours. 

A parent who uses a child-care leave is entitled to compensation in the amount of five bases for the exercise of rights arising from social security. 

Salary compensation paid to the parent center for social welfare. 

A parent who works half time shall be entitled to payment of salary for the remaining time to full time equal to the difference between the salary achieved by working half time and the amount you would have received if working full-time.
