The right to parent caregiver status

The right to parent caregiver status recognizes the welfare center to one of the parents of a child with disabilities, or people with disabilities, which is totally dependent on the help and care of another person: 

 

· To maintain the life she needed to provide specific medical care by performing technical operations, which is the recommendation of a physician qualified parent, 

· Completely immobile, with the help of orthopedic devices, 

· There are several varieties of heavy damage (physical, mental, intellectual or sensory), why is totally dependent on the help and care of another person in meeting their basic needs, 

· When staying less than 4 hours a day in preschool, educational or medical institution, a social welfare or with another provider residence 

· When they attend preschool, school or medical facility and more than 4 hours per day on the condition that his parent provides assistance and care. 

 

The right to parent caregiver status instead of a parent can be granted to spouse or common parent of a child with disabilities, or people with disabilities who live as a family with a child. 

If a family has two or more children with disabilities, or people with disabilities, parent caregiver status can be acquired by both parents. 

Right on the status of the parents parent carer parent benefits and upon coming of age of a child as such need is, and not later than the age of 65 who were nursing parents unless a specific provision of child care can not provide any other person, as long as they can provide specific care.
